Let our experienced accounting department take the financial burden off your staff. Whether you need simple bookkeeping or a complete assessment of your company’s financial health, our accountants can manage your cash flow, reconcile your business accounts and prepare important statements.

At APBS, we provide five accounting package choices. While each package has different options, we start with preparing your financial statements and tax returns. Next, we continue with a complete financial analysis to determine the best course of action to help your business grow to the next level.

Yearly “Peace of Mind” Package

This package includes year-end financial statement preparation, annual corporate tax returns, tax planning, annual regulatory returns such as GST, HST, WSIB and payroll as well as a thorough review of your financials.

Monthly “Control” Package

This package includes everything in our Yearly package in addition to monthly financial reviews and entering all necessary transactions. We also provide monthly regulatory filing and remittances for GST/HST, source deductions and WSIB, bank reconciliation, payroll calculation, government tax representation and financial advice on pertinent business trends.

Weekly “Total Confidence” Package

For a thorough accounting system, our Weekly package includes everything in the Monthly and Yearly services plus convenient weekly preparation and management of your payables, cheques and invoices.

Controllership Package

With this package, our accountants will meet with you on a weekly basis and discuss internal financial control implementation, financial information to make key business decisions, regulatory filings and any essential communication with CRA and other government agencies.

General Management Package

Our most comprehensive package will give you HR assistance with your employee and subcontractor decisions, a hands-on role helping you with the management of employees, responsibility for key stakeholders, CRA and bank negotiations, expense management, accounts receivables and crisis management.
